The Fly RC Cellmeter 8 is an excellent lipo battery tester for RC enthusiasts. It is specifically designed to test the voltage, capacity, and internal resistance of Lipo batteries, providing an accurate reading of the battery’s performance. The tester also has a built-in discharge mode, which helps to ensure that batteries are stored at 3.85V. The Cellmeter 8 is easy to use, the instruction is clear and simple, the LCD display is easy to read and it shows all the data you need. It can be used for 1-8s lipo batteries.
The build in servo tester allows you to test the servo’s movement range. It operates with Servos using a 1500us Signal. Helicopter tail servos with 760us will not work. The need of a separate power source for the Servo tester is a downside. It would be great if the balancer connection could be used for that.
The build quality is solid and it feels durable. It’s also small enough to take with you wherever you go. Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance of this tester, it’s an essential tool for any RC enthusiasts, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to test the health of their RC Lipo batteries.
